THE FIRST HELLO
The first hello and introduction to the Signed in Pink Experience officially begins with an introductory call with Candice, our multi- award winning creative director and your lead planner. This is a relaxed, but intentional discussion where we dive into your love story, discuss all of your wedding day dreams, your priorities, and your comfortable investment level. We want to know what parts of the planning process are thrilling to you and what parts are causing you stress. Following the call, we will send over your proposal and temporarily hold your date on our calendar while you review. Choosing a wedding planner is a big decision so we encourage and understand the process. Once you have decided you want to join our SIP family, you simply sign and seal the custom proposal and our wedding planning journey immediately begins.

DESIGNING THE DREAM
Once you are officially a Signed in Pink couple, we enter the creation space. This kicks off with your welcome packet that will be delivered directly to your inbox right after making it official. The onboarding questionnaire takes a deep dive into where you are in planning and your vision. This allows us to create your planning blueprint to effectively guide you through the planning process. To keep your experience completely seamless, you will also gain immediate access to our exclusive digital Bridal Suite. From vendor team curation, vision board creation, to wedding website and invitation guidance this is the nitty-gritty of planning that you won't have to do alone. Depending on your chosen service tier our in depth involvement will scale to your needs - but no matter your package, you are backed by unlimited communication and expert guidance to answer every question as we bring your dream wedding day to life.

THE MAGIC
Approximately 60 days before the big day, we begin tying up all logistical ends so you can glide into your wedding day celebration glowing and stress-free. We begin with timeline creation and ensuring every highlight moment and detail is accounted for just the way you envision it happening. A venue walk-through is scheduled with the venue coordinator, catering lead, our team, and any other necessary vendor. During this meeting we discuss every logistical detail, event flow, floor plan layout, and plan B's. You leave this meeting with all questions answered and feeling fully informed about every detail of your wedding day. We will manage your ceremony rehearsal so you can relish in the celebratory atmosphere. On the big day, our team assumes full operational command from the arrival of the hair stylist and make-up artist during wedding prep to every vendor and detail after. We are your behind -the -scenes guardians handling any glitches quietly and calmly while you live in the moment. At the end of the night, we pack up your items and stay until you drive off to your happily ever after.
